A word from our founder

I would like to take this time to thank our loyal and valued clients. We just celebrated our first five years in business last September! Like every business, the Inlet Wellness Gallery has had its share of growing pains over the initial years. I am happy to say, we are now stronger than ever and growing day by day thanks to you–our valued clients.

2011 was an exciting year as we added to our team a Naturopathic Doctor and an Osteopath. I believe this year is going to be even better, taking us to new heights and allowing us the ability to reach more people with the best and latest in holistic healthcare.

The 90-Day Challenge includes

  1. Kinetic Chain Assessment that will uncover your problems, and create a blueprint of how your body is functioning. (takes approx 1 to 1.5hrs)
  2. Individualized Program Design for the Entire 90 Days. Your program will be changed 3 times over the 90-Days to keep you motivated and progressing, which is KEY!
  3. Three instructional sessions to teach you your program from day 1 to 30.
  4. Day 31: A new program will be created and your trainer will go over it with you.
  5. Day 61: your trainer will design and instruct you on your last 30 days of your Challenge, setting you up on a new program that will lead you through to day 90. Finish STRONG!!
  6. In total you will see your trainer six times over the 90-Days.
  7. Contact your trainer by email as often as you need to throughout your challenge.
  8. Nutritional advice and tricks to becoming diligent with your program will be discussed on your first three sessions and throughout by email.
