This massage is individually designed to suit your specific needs. Our registered massage therapists (RMT) are trained to assess, treat, and make home care suggestions. They also safely complement medical treatments for conditions such as, but not limited to: headaches (including migraines), diabetes, arthritis, tendonitis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome and sports injuries.
sports massage
Sports massage is designed to facilitate athletic recovery and enhance performance. It assists in accelerating blood flow, which delivers oxygen and nutrients to the body and removes toxins and waste products that build up during exercise. Your therapist will encourage tissue mobility to areas that may be limited, thus increasing range of motion. Sports massage can help prevent injuries; however, in the event injuries do occur, it can speed healing time. Regular sports massage can assist you in achieving your full athletic potential!
pregnancy massage
Using specialized cushioning tailored for every stage of motherhood our therapists provide treatments that address conditions associated with pregnancy to encourage a healthy and comfortable pre and postpartum transition.
swedish relaxation massage
This treatment is a system of continuous soothing massage techniques where the therapist works in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. A relaxing and nurturing full body massage that relieves underlying tension, anxiety, and life’s stresses.

hot stone massage
Unwind and embrace the serene feeling of your tension melting away as nature’s curative energy flows into your body. This meditative, full body treatment features warmed, rounded Basalt stones which are placed onto the bodies energy centers. Essential oils provide smooth and soothing passage for the heated stones as they glide over your tranquil body. The hot stone massage is a grounding experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and revived.
