All of our therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and have a minimum of 3000 hours training. BC therapists have the most comprehensive training in North America and are required to continually upgrade their knowledge and expertise from industry experts. Swedish relaxation massage

This treatment is a system of continuous soothing massage techniques where the therapist works in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. A relaxing and nurturing full body massage that relieves underlying tension, anxiety, and life’s stresses.

This massage is individually designed to suit your specific needs. Our RMT’s are trained to assess, treat, and make home care suggestions. They also safely compliment medical treatments for conditions such as, but not limited to: headaches (including migraines), diabetes, arthritis, tendonitis, asthma, carpal tunnel syndrome and sports injuries.

pregnancy massage

Using specialized cushioning tailored for every stage of motherhood our therapists provide treatments that address conditions associated with pregnancy to encourage a healthy and comfortable pre and postpartum transition.

hot stone massage

Unwind and embrace the serene feeling of your tension melting away as nature’s curative energy flows into your body. This meditative, full body treatment features warmed, rounded Basalt stones which are placed onto the bodies energy centers. Essential oils provide smooth and soothing passage for the heated stones as they glide over your tranquil body. The
hot stone massage is a grounding experience that leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and revived.
