We Are Open!

Massage Therapy and TCM Acupuncture starting June 1, 2020 and Naturopathic Doctors early July (call the front office for more details)

Online virtual services (telehealth) such as TCM & Naturopath medicine and Therapeutic Counselling will continue as usual.  The good news is that a telehealth appointment means you will not have to worry about social distancing or wearing personal protective equipment.


To best serve you during these times of uncertainty, we have heightened our already hygienic protocol to include additional safety measure for the protection of our patients/clients and our practitioners.

What is Different?

Screening prior to your appointment – an email regarding an in-clinic appointment is sent 36 hours prior to your appointment where you are required to sign an informed consent to an in-clinic appointment and complete a protocol screening.  If you answer yes to any of the screening questions you will be required to reschedule your appointment.

An informed consent to in-clinic treatment will need to be read, understood and signed.

Arrival time      

No sooner than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Be aware of distancing coming/leaving the clinic



We require you to wear a mask prior to entering the clinic, if you do not have a mask, please let us know in advance. One will be provided to you for a $1 fee.


Your practitioner will come to greet you and explain any changes to your treatment.

Health & Safety is Paramount

All health practitioners will be wearing a  mask for mutual protection. Please keep your own mask on. Once in the treatment room it can be discussed with your practitioner whether removing your mask or not is an option.  


All chairs, doorknobs, desk surfaces, treatment tables, and face cradles will be disinfected between each patient. Treatment table linens will, as always, be laundered and changed after each visit.


Please keep all personal belongings together on the chair provided with shoes tucked under the chair. All other common high contact surfaces will be disinfected.



We have provided decals on the floor to assist with social distancing. Minimal seating is provided and at 6 feet apart


Prior to your appointment the patient care team will process your appointment for payment through your extended medical and/or payment. You may pay the balance on your account using your device. A receipt will be emailed to you once your appointment is completed.

Leaving the Clinic                   

Beware of your surrounding and maintain the 6 feet distancing requirement.  Be sure to verify on your way out that your account is settled

 Q & A                                                

It is preferred that you book a follow up appointment online to minimize your and our staff’s exposure. Should you have questions your practitioner will be happy to answer them for you.

We are continuing to provide TCM & Naturopathic Medicine and Therapeutic Counselling services to you and your family, via phone/video telehealth and are open for curbside pick-up for all of our products, TCM herbal & ND Supplements. 

Helpful information for booking Telehealth services online

We have updated our new telehealth services, so go ahead and book online at your convenience. Once you have booked your service we will be calling you and sending you further instructions via email on how to access telehealth. You will be pleasantly surprised how simple this process is.


Good news! Most extended health benefits covers Telehealth voice and video. We offer direct billing to most extended health plans and ICBC. We are currently accepting new patients.

Curbside pick-up 

We are open for "curbside pick-up" of TCM & ND dispensary items and any other products we carry including: Eminence Organic Skincare, Essential oils, (Pain relieving) Cryoderm and more. 

  • Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm  & Friday - Sunday 9am -4pm
