Cynthia Gillanders


In 2006, Cynthia, (an artist, Registered Massage Therapist and nutritionist), found the perfect heritage setting in Port Moody to bring her passions into one business. Combining Art and Wellness in this unique concept of what is now known as the Inlet Wellness Gallery,


Cynthia believes that what we take in with our senses has a profound effect on us. It is this belief that inspired her to create a calming atmosphere featuring original works of art alongside the therapeutic treatments offered in our clinic.   

Dr. Daniel Wu


Dr Wu is a Traditional Chinese Medicine physician & a Registered Acupuncturist. He completed his studies at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of British Columbia. He did his internship training at the Provincial TCM Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM, China. He treats a wide variety of  conditions, including: pain, sports injury, digestive, fertility, and hormonal conditions, along with many more. Dr Wu welcomes new patients, and looks forward to supporting you to achieve optimal health through holistic medicine.

Dr. Erik Boudreau


​Dr. Erik Boudreau, ND, has been in practice since 2004, addressing a wide range of health concerns including digestive and immune support, stress & weight management, musculoskeletal issues, and integrative cancer care. From 2011-2016, Dr. Boudreau worked at a cancer hospital outside Chicago, and is a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO). He is BC-certified in acupuncture, advanced injection therapies (ex. prolotherapy), and IV therapy, as well as having pharmaceutical prescribing authority. He is also a certified Reiki level II practitioner, and greatly enjoys promoting optimal wellness of body, mind and spirit through comprehensive, personalized treatment plans. Dr. Alyssa Trombley


Dr. Alyssa Trombley, ND received her training from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Saskatchewan.

After her own struggles with allergies, chronic infections, fatigue, and hormonal imbalances, Alyssa wanted to help others live a life without pain, illness, or fatigue holding them back. She has a special interest in women’s health, all things hormones, fertility, digestion, stress, burnout, and mental health. Alyssa’s wants to help her patients feel heard, understood, and empowered. By looking at all aspects of your health, including body, mind, and soul, she strives to help you understand what is going on, provide guidance and treatment that will support and nurture you back towards balance.

David Lige


Dave holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. Specializing in CBT, Dave has positively impacted clients through a motivational and strengths-based approach that leads to increased levels of health and well-being.


Having worked for the past 18 years in the areas of counselling therapy, sports psychology, group facilitation, personal training and leadership development, Dave has blended his experience and education to develop a program that is approachable, relatable, empowering and normalizes the counselling experience for those who want change.

Utilizing a dynamic educational model that focuses on client-based exercises that encourage self-reflection and engagement, Dave supports clients to develop the skill sets necessary for tangible results.

Simply stated, Dave is aware that clients are motivated from their beliefs and emotions. Understanding these concepts can be invigorating and empowering!

Edith Chiu


Edith is a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Queensland (Australia) and a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University.

With over 10 years experience Edith takes a holistic, genuine and compassionate approach to provide trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and body-orientated talk therapy. As such, Edith draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches and will work collaboratively to find the right approach that works best for you. Her areas of practice include and not limited to: Anxiety, Career Decision Making, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Guilt and Shame, Life Transitions, Relationship Conflict, Self Harm, Sexual Violence, Suicide, and Trauma.

Edith has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Level 1 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Tom Brooks


Tom is a member of the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada as a Master Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC). He is also an ordained Pastor and CARE Counsellor. Tom has worked closely with the Ministry of Children and Families, social workers as well as Government approved adoption agencies.

His primary areas of practice with young adults, individuals, married couples and families include: Values Support, Depression Management, Anxiety Awareness and Prevention, Sexual Addiction and Sexual Reconstruction, Cognitive Re-framing, Conflict Resolution, Relationship Restoration through Empathy Re-connection. He is inclusive to people from all walks of life, sexual orientation and faiths. Tom believes that all people deserve to be helped in an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard.

Sherril Munroe


Sherril has spent her career studying family health and has extensive training in individual counselling. She has focused practice experience in PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, mood disorders and childhood trauma. Sherril is a strong believer in living life without extremes. She is passionate about knowledge and believes that with knowledge we gain the power to understand ourselves and make adjustments to live a balanced life.

Sherril graduated from Vancouver College of Counsellor Training (VCCT) in 2019 and is completing her clinical internship under supervised guidance to become registered. She is excited to grow with us as she embarks on her career as a Therapeutic Counsellor.

Micheal Tremblay

Micheal Tremblay MSW, RSW, is a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, including 10 years managing his private practice.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy as well as a Masters of Social Work

He has amassed countless hours of clinical experience working with all client populations.He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, aggression and trauma, as well as family systems and parenting.

Working with Mr. Tremblay empowers his clients to participate in the healing of their selves, families and communities

Curtis Sim

Curtis has vast experience treating many different athletes: Professional CFL football players, Jr. A hockey players, and Jr. A lacrosse players. He has completed TMJD continuing education. Jaw pain, or TMJD (can be caused from grinding, clenching, trauma, stress, etc), These treatments can prove to be quite effective in allieviating pain and jaw function.

Omer Karacay


Omer graduated from WCCMT in 2015 where he gained hands-on experience treating a variety of conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, and fibromyalgia. Omer also worked with University of British Columbia’s Track and Field team for an entire season on 2015. He was the Valedictorian of his class and he also has been awarded with Joe Koscak Leadership Award from West Coast College of Massage Therapy for exemplifying integrity, passion, perseverance, a passionate heart and a caring soul. Aside from being an RMT, Omer is also a RMT Instructor, a SPA Practitioner, and a Foot Reflexologist.

Lilianne Jin

Lilianne graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2019 where she gained hands-on experience treating a variety of conditions.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and had been working for 10 years in a pharmaceutical company. Lilianne has a strong background in science and communication. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and basic Korean.  As an RMT, she will be always conscientious with her patients, using her knowledge and skills to help people achieve their optimal health and well being.

Carla Doyle

Carla graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s (WCCMT) New Westminster campus in December of 2020. Through WCCMT’s program, she gained experience with pre- and post-natal clients, spinal cord injuries, alongside various musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. Carla’s beyond excited to help her clients get a head start on rehabilitation and relaxation! She believes that healing is a team based approach, between therapist and client, and is looking forward to working with you to achieve your therapy goals. She can’t wait to fuel your motivation to get back to your best self! 

Being an avid hiker and athlete, Carla understands the challenges and pain that clients face on a day-to-day and adventure-to-adventure basis. She has a strong passion for learning, and is always ready for spontaneous backpacking trips. When she isn’t planning her next adventure, she can be found reading, running, painting, and researching to constantly improve her knowledge to best serve her community and clients. Carla’s purpose is to work in tandem with her clients to ensure they can maintain, or return to the lifestyle they love. Whether that be weekend escapes, enjoying quality time with family, achieving a pain-free work day, or cozying up alone with a good book (or Netflix series). She hopes she can inspire her clients the same way they inspire her.


Cedric Deduque


Cedric graduated from WCCMT in 2019. His many hours of outreach massage therapy gained him valuable experience in areas including geriatric, pregnancy, athletic, and  neurological/orthopedic conditions.  Cedric started out as someone who loves giving massages to friends and family. When observing and feeling the satisfaction of someone’s condition improve through physical therapy, Cedric was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy. He is keen to help people whether they come in for relaxation or therapeutic treatments.

Julianna Bouwers

Julianna graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. In previous years she studied sciences and kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. She also has a passion for various martial arts and contemporary dance. Her keen interest for athletic rehabilitation and fascination for the kinematics of human motion led to her pursue a career in massage therapy.

Julianna’s massage treatment incorporates a variety of modalities to help reduce pain and promote relaxation and functional movement. She has experience working with patients with a wide variety of injuries and conditions such as  postural dysfunction and neurological disorders.

The goal in the treatment room is to help educate patients to make active changes to their lifestyle and empower them to take control of their own health through movement. Julianna wishes to inspire as many people as she can to live a healthy, happy, and functional life


Behrad Tahriri


​Behrad has recently passed the CMTBC board exam with top marks and graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2020. During his time enrolled at the college he has had the opportunity to become familiar with working on multiple different conditions varying anywhere from multiple sclerosis to tension headaches. In addition to working on orthopedic and neurological conditions, Behrad has experience working with athletes, either training for an event, or in the process of rehabilitation. Having personal experience with regular tension headaches as well as various other sports related injuries, Behrad can relate to/help rehabilitate patients dealing with similar conditions. In his free time, Behrad enjoys strength training and spending time with his 2 cats.


Behrad can speak both English and Farsi fluently so feel free to ask for treatment in your preferred language.

Nicole Tecson


Nicole is a student of WCCMT set to graduate in April 2020. Nicole’s passion for helping people with a true hands-on approach is what motivated her into the field of massage therapy. She is excited to join our team as an Intern massage therapist and looks forward to helping clients with relaxation massage, while studying towards getting her RMT license where she can then add a therapeutic approach to her service. In her spare time Nicole enjoys hiking, going on food adventures and playing with her dog.


Ryan Sarazin


Ryan has a background rooted in athletics. Growing up he played competitive Lacrosse and competed at the Division 1 level in the NCAA. He went on to compete on the Men’s Lacrosse team at Marquette University in Milwaukee Wisconsin. 

On his career path Ryan began by studying Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) and graduated from UBCO. He then went on to work as a Kinesiologist.

Through Ryan's exposure to various forms of therapy from personal experiences dealing with injuries and what he had encountered thus far in his career, Ryan decided to make a career shift into Massage Therapy and hasn’t looked back. In his words, "Massage can have an incredible benefit to an individual’s health and wellness" He believes his experiences and prior degree in Kinesiology will add to the value of his Massage practice. Ryan's goals in the field of Massage Therapy are to continue to learn and grow as a Therapist. "The more experience, the better!" He does see his practice heading in the direction of injury rehabilitation, however his passion will always be helping people foster a healthy, functional lifestyle.


Jacky Hou


Jacky has almost 20 years experience in healthcare as a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine for in China before immigrating to Canada in 2005.  One of the many treatment modalities he used as a TCM doctor was a type of massage called Tui Na Massage. Through his many years of clinical experience, Jacky has seen first hand how powerfully effective massage therapy is and the profound impact that massage has on a person's life.


Aman Virk


Aman has recently joined our team at Inlet Wellness Gallery and is excited at the opportunity to work alongside a variety of practitioners in healthcare.

He has been working as an RMT for almost three years. For eight years Prior to massage therapy, Aman worked in several long term care facilities as a physiotherapist assistant. He has also worked as a personal trainer at Steve Nash Fitness World. 

With his background, Aman feels fortunate he has had the experience and has been able to treat patients with a variety of conditions that arise in different ages and aspects of life.

Amanda came to us in January 2017 as a practicum student after finishing her office admin assistant program. With her extensive background in customer service and sincere passion for helping those around her, she's made a wonderful addition to our front desk client support team.


Amanda is the mother of two, and enjoys spending her time outside at parks and pools. She is committed to natural wellness and healthy living. Any time she is not chasing her kids she enjoys reading or hiking somewhere quiet.

Cara Adams


Cara graduated from BCIT Office Administration with Tech certification program. She has a strong background in customer relations and administration. Cara feels that in working as a front desk client care rep, she plays an integral part in our client’s health and wellness journey. She loves connecting with Inlet’s amazing clients and takes pride in serving them. 

In her spare time Cara loves spending time with her daughter and their dog. She loves travel of all sorts, exploring and cooking international foods. Coming from a musical background Cara is passionate about music of all types. She spent years in a competitive award-winning choir. She loves live concerts and is currently learning the ukulele.


Stephanie brings an extensive marketing and customer focus background from her many years of experience working as a personal assistant for small to medium-sized local businesses. Stephanie's experience as a busy wife and mother enables her to ensure the behind the scenes operations flow smoothly. Stephanie has also been increasing the awareness of health & wellness for her whole family.
